Starting in 2010 KC NAP became one of the CTC Companies, as founder and partner Graeme Gibson developed new resources to fully aquire and expand the scope of the NAP. This includes the construction of specialized star networks for HIPPA, VoIP and Video and layer two connections allowing peering fabrics in other areas to be cross connected, increasing the quality of our fabric. The star network will be strictly controlled for non-oversubscription assuring that the lowest possible latency will be maintained. Since all points in the star home back to our central location distance latency and the advantage of Internet Geography™ is enforced as well.

The KC NAP is a "Carrier Neutral" all IP based network providing larger interconnection capabilities than most public NAPs, with speeds ranging up to 10 Gb/s.
